LAX Valet Service Faq

Book and pay online, then drive directly to your departing terminal; We will valet your vehicle for you curbside. When you return, simply text us when you land and are clear for vehicle delivery. We will deliver your car back to you, curbside, to your terminal and location of choice. 

Yes, however we do offer premium express valet service for those who did not book in advance and need valet service at LAX immediately. 

Yes, you can contact us to see what current promotions apply to your duration of stay. 

Please purchase the minimum amount of days you think you will park. And then any overdue fees can be processed online at any time. Simply login and go to "my bookings," and users can pay any outstanding fees. 

Adjustments can be made online under my bookings. Or you can call to update us, 

Text us when you are approximately 10 minutes away. Traffic varies, so be sure that maps says 10 minutes away vs. being 10 miles away. Sometimes, exiting and entering the airport (2 miles) can take 20 minutes, so just be timely, as we try our best to do the same. 

Text us when you have cleared all airport security, and have all checked luggage in hand. Traffic is always a battle, and missing you the 1st time around can mean a 30 minute delay.  

Tip: Requesting delivery to the upper level (departures) is almost always faster in the evening.

It takes roughly 10 minutes. We ask for a 15-20 minute window as conditions at LAX are unpredictable and traffic conditions vary.

Yes, notice and verification can be done through email or whats app. We just require written authorization from you, including the name of the person picking up, along with a copy of their i.d.
